What's the attire?

Answer

Formal wedding attire; black tie is optional! Men can wear tuxedos or dark suits. Women can wear evening gowns or elegant tea-length dresses.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate our wedding day with everyone, the Hall of State just isn't that big! All invited guests, dates, and families are named on the invitation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Can my children come?

Answer

To allow all of our guests the chance to let their hair down, this is an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the easiest way to get to the Hall of State?

Answer

The Hall of State is located in Fair Park, so you will have to drive onto the fairgrounds (it feels illegal, but it's not!). The best way to get there is through Gate 2, which is located on the corner of Parry Avenue and Haskell Avenue. You will turn into Gate 2, which turns into Washington Street.

If driving, where should I park?

Answer

Once in the fairgrounds, you will park in the large parking lot in front of the Food and Fiber Building. If you are a regular fairgoer, this is where the Chevy Mainstage is located.
