Guest Arrival
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm
There will be an open bar so please help yourselves to a refreshment to sip on throughout the ceremony. There will be bottled water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages so please drink responsibly.
Let's get hitched!
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit jacket and blue jeans. If you choose to wear hats, please ensure they are felt.
There will be more drinks and mingling following the ceremony while the remaining pictures are taken. The bridal party will gather family members for pictures as needed.
Let's Eat!
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
We will be serving Desoto Grill barbecue along with traditional sides and cornbread. Following this will be the dances, speeches, and cake cutting.
Time to Party!
7:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Time to party it up! We know that there will be alcohol so please drink responsibly as this is someone else’s home. We do ask that if you brought a vehicle to the venue, that you are able to drive it home. We are limited vehicle space so please plan accordingly. Uber would be a great option or carpool back to your hotel/rental.
