Flight
If you are coming from out-of-state, you will probably have to purchase flights into Provo or Salt Lake City. The Provo Airport (PVU) often offers super cheap flights through Allegiant Airlines. This is a great option for those on a budget and keeps you right in Provo. Using services like Uber and Lyft, you can easily get around town without needing to purchase a rental car. *Note: Flight times and dates with Allegiant Airlines may not be as flexible. If you are flying in from another state, we recommend using Frontier Airlines into SLC for the most affordable prices! To get down to Provo, you may have to get a rental car or have someone from Utah pick you up at the airport. Any international guests should consider using the SkyScanner app to find the cheapest flights into SLC. We will do our best to help you find accommodations from there!
Train
You can take the FrontRunner train to Provo from SLC. There is a stop right next to The Startup Building in Provo and fare is only $2.50/person. UTA FrontRunner has trains from the SLC Airport (TRAX Green Line 704) to the North Temple Bridge that leave once every hour. From the North Temple Bridge stop you will need to transfer to the FrontRunner 750 Pink Line to get to Provo Central Station. Another transportation option is getting a rental car. While rental cars are more expensive than public transportation, they also get you to your destination quicker. You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car. To see what rental car options are available you'll want to check out websites like Enterprise or Priceline.com and run a search for Salt Lake City.
