Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Courtyard Marriott in Waterloo next to the John Deere Museum downtown. There will be no travel between the ceremony and reception.
Formal attire is requested but please dress to your comfort level.
Although we absolutely love your littles, this is an adult only event.
Yes! We are happy to have Starbecks BBQ cater our event. There will be a variety of meats and sides, and for our many vegetarian friends, don't you worry! There will be vegetarian sides and options as well. Our menu includes: pulled pork, burnt ends, corn bread, salad, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and green beans with no meat. In lieu of wedding cake, our dessert will be the bride's favorite... SCRATCH CUPCAKES!
Yes! The hotel is easily accessible for wheelchairs, walkers, and any other mobility device. The entrance is one level, and the ceremony/reception are on the main level not far from the entrance. The hotel also offers accessible rooms for your stay.
Both the reception and ceremony will be indoors at the hotel. There will be easy access to step outside for smokers but there is no activity scheduled outside.
Any single guest is welcome to bring a plus one! If you’re unsure, feel free to text the bride or groom to ask.
