What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Yes, it’s Cocktail Attire FOR THE LADIES: We encourage you to embrace bright, or floral cocktail colors for our wedding. We kindly ask that you avoid red and black. What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM, so please plan to arrive around 4PM to find your seats and get settled. Also, please allow extra time for parking. Weekend evenings in Tacoma can be quite busy.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Realm Tacoma. The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of free street parking, as well as a lot across from the venue at the Auto Zone parking lot. You’ll also find additional free parking along the side streets nearby

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, this is an adults only affair. We'd like to give our guests the opportunity to relax and celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

We’re excited to share that there will be an open bar at the reception, so no need to bring your own! Just a friendly reminder that if you do choose to bring your own alcohol, the venue requires a banquet permit.

The festivities will wrap up around 9:30PM, but feel free to stay and enjoy until then!

Can I take picture during the ceremony?

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Answer
Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address
