Uber and Lyft are readily available all over the area. Veo electric bikes can be rented via the “Veo” app. They are located on almost every corner. The Bay Runner Trolly is free and connects downtown Sarasota to St. Armands and Lido Beach. https://sarasotabayrunner.com/trolley-route/ There are time restrictions on the trolly and bikes.
