Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try to RSVP by June 16th 2026 at the latest! We need to be able to make sure we have enough chairs, tables, food, etc for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 and music will start 30 minutes beforehand! Because the venue is on the Air Force Base, you will have to go through the security gate. Please help this go smoothly by arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony. You will receive your guest passes prior to the 16th, however this allows for us to help if there are any hiccups.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited space and guest limit at our venue, we cannot accommodate plus ones for our wedding. Thank you for your cooperation in making this event intimate and special!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

As guests will be arriving at different times and staying in different locations, we are not providing a shuttle to the venue. However, we will be connecting with you a few days prior to give you a guest pass for the base.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones and would love to celebrate with all of you! We will have some kid friendly options at our reception to make it fun for everyone!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a designated parking area for both the ceremony and reception! Once we have acquired the base passes for all our guests, we will notify you with the parking information for the day of.
