Can I take pictures with my phone?

Answer

Please keep phones off and put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture these moments. You’re more than welcome to take photos before and after the ceremony and share them in our Dropbox, the QR code will be at your table. Thank you!

What should I wear?

Attire: Formal Celebrate the season with spring-inspired looks, such as pastels, florals, and light layers

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive anytime between 4:00–4:30 PM. We highly recommend arriving early to find your seat, take photos, sign the guest book, and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place mostly indoors, with access to the lawn if the weather allows.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on grass, and the path to the indoor reception includes both grass and turf. For comfort and ease, we suggest avoiding stilettos and opting for wedges, block heels, flats, or other stable footwear.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please include them with your RSVP or reach out to Present (214-650-3134) or our coordinator, Alyssa (469-260-0501), so we can plan accordingly.

What if it rains?

Answer

We have a backup plan! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors so everyone stays comfortable and dry. Umbrellas provided by the venue will be available for guest use—we kindly ask that they remain at the venue.
