Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 31, 2025. You can RSVP on the website. If you have not responded by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending'. We would love to celebrate with you however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Where do we park?

Answer

Parking is provided at the parking lot (CP 856) located immediately west of Medieval Times at the northeast corner of British Columbia Road and Yukon Place.

Is it okay to take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present during our wedding we are having an 'unplugged ceremony' and kindly request you to keep your phones and cameras away. We have an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this amazing moment for us which we will be more than happy to share with you afterwards. However, we insist that you take lots of pictures after the ceremony!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm so we ask that you plan to arrive by 3:45 pm.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would love to have your children celebrate with us, we are only able to accommodate children within our families. We hope you understand, and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Only those named on your invitation are invited to help us create a celebration of just our friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! :) Please make sure to arrange transportation from the venue accordingly if you plan on drinking.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Civil Ceremony will take place in the outdoor courtyard space at Liberty Grand, whereas the Reception will take place indoors in the Renaissance Room at the same venue.

Can we be the first on the dance floor?

Answer

We would be disappointed if you wasn't! :)
