Kelvin and Prena both graduated from Spring-Ford High in the Spring of 2010. Unfortunately, they were not friends in high school - Kelvin was busy being "too smart" and Prena was busy being "too cool". In the Fall of 2013, they were reunited through mutual friends, and their mutual love for the Trappe Tavern while home from college on breaks. Their friends began playing matchmaker and Prena almost asked Kelvin to her Sorority Formal in Spring 2014, but chickened out. Kelvin is still salty about it. Summer of 2014 became the famous “Summer of Prena,” between beach trips and laying by the pool, Prena and Kelvin became good friends. Kelvin decided to go for it and on July 25th, 2014, they made their dating status official. In February of 2017, they rented their first apartment together, and each brought their best friend with them, Rosa and Meeka. The next big step was moving to their first home together on July 17th, 2018 with a big yard for their dogs. The awesome, fenced space is for the permanent squad (which has grown to include Ana) as well as the army of foster pups that are always on their way in and out. Kelvin surprised Prena with a beautiful ring when he popped the question on June 7th, 2019. The next step in this love story will be on July 24th, 2021, almost 7 years to the day of when they started dating. Prena and Kelvin cannot wait to party with you next summer
