Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to RSVP by August 1st. There will be a RSVP QR code on the invitation, if you have multiple guest under your name please mark who will be attending and who won’t be. If you have not responded by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you down as ‘not attending.’ We would love to celebrate with you however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as you know by indicating “will not attend” on the RSVP page, so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Are children invited?

Answer

We have limited our gathering to children of family only, so we ask that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. This will also be noted by the names listed on under your party when you RSVP.

Can I bring a date / plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for your entire party.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that all guests — both men and women, wear black please. cocktail OR western attire. For the ladies: think dress to impress — floor length, tea length, midi dress, or a formal jumpsuit! Cowboy boots or block heels encourage. For the gentleman: suit or button down with slacks or khakis. Boots encouraged, as long as they’re not paired with jeans. We want you to be comfortable & looking your best — whatever you wear, bring your dancing shoes!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! When looking at footwear please keep in mind the grass and maybe rethink stiletto heels. As the evening progresses it may get a bit cool, we recommend a light jacket.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our special day! We can’t wait to take photos with you during the reception!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you - so get ready to party! BRING ID’S

Wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is our gift! If you would like to gift us something please see our honeymoon fund. If you would like to contribute the day of we will have a card box at our reception. We deeply appreciate it!
