we're getting married!

Daniel and Claudia met in class at Stanford. On Valentine's Day that year, Daniel sent Claudia a mariachi serenade to her front door. But, it didn't work out. Two years later, Claudia invited Daniel to meet up at a football game after Thanksgiving break, and bonded over a love of Stanford sports. Over the next few months, they'd study together, watch many more sporting events, commit to officially dating, and eventually decide to move to LA together. And the rest is history.

On vacation in Israel, Claudia and Daniel found themselves on a day-long excursion in the desert floating in the Dead Sea, exploring the mountain fortress of Masada, and cooling off with waterfall springs in Ein Gedi. On the 110 degree afternoon, they hiked their way up and into the springs to have the perfect end to an otherwise blistering day. While sitting there in the water, Daniel pretended to go get water from his bag. Upon return, he starts asking Claudia simple questions: Do you like me? yes. Do you love me? yes. Do you want to marry me? Yes. Oh, YES! Though it sounded like a hypothetical question, he pulled out a ring and they shared a special moment under the waterfall.
