Where do we Park?

Answer

For the Wedding - the venue is at 525 S State St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109 & you can park anywhere on State st (street parking). You might have to walk a little from the parking spot to the venue. For the Haldi event - you can park in the parking structure at 123 E Washington St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. It's a 1 min walk to the Haldi venue.

Question

What should we wear?

Answer

We would love you for you to wear an Indian outfit, black tie or anything formal would also be great. Indian is preferred but anything formal works too. Traditionally female guests will a Lehenga or Salwar kameez and men would wear a Sherwani or a formal Kurta. Feel free to look anywhere but two websites we have had success ordering from are Mirraw.com & utsavfashion.com If you're not up for Indian dress, its totally okay.

Are kids invited?

As much as we love kids, we decided to make the wedding for ages 10 & up.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food will be vegeterian. For any dietary restrictions, please reach out to Alison or Prashant.

Question

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

The bride will walk down the aisle at 7:30 pm. Doors open at 7. We recommend to come right at 7 so you can get seated & settled in. You can also check out the museum until 7.30 if you'd like. The whole museum is for us to explore.
