When should I RSVP?

ASAP, please! Final RSVPs and your room bookings must be complete by January 2026.

When do I need to book my room?
Answer
Earlier the better, but room availability is limited and should be booked ASAP. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, therefore it would be better to book right away. If for some reason you may need more time, please reach out to Ashley or Dominick. Please note, guests must stay a minimum of three (3) nights to receive the room block rate. Additional information can be found under the "Travel" tab

Can I stay longer?

Absolutely! Come early, leave late! Wedding events take place from April 23rd, 2026 - April 26, 2026, but rooms are available if you want to extend your stay! Please book your rooms through the provided link under the "Travel" tab.

Can I book a different hotel or place my booking somewhere else?
Answer
No, sorry! In order to access the wedding venues, you will need to book using the code provided, under the "Travel" tab. Per the resort, guests who do not book with the provided link will not be able to attend events. Please plan to stay at the resort for wedding event days.

How Do I Get to the Resort From the Airport?
Answer
The Excellence Coral Resort will provide round trip private transport to and from the Cancun Airport. Please let them know your flight details and they will be able to arrange your round trip transportation.

What are the VISA requirements for travel to Mexico?
Answer
All guests will require a valid passport for travel. Please make sure you check those expiration dates! Mexico has NO VISA REQUIREMENT for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. The Tourist Card is per person regardless of age. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important that you keep the FMM Form secure until you leave Mexico. You will not be able to exit the country without that form. Do I need to wear Indian attire?
Answer
You do not need to wear Indian clothes! However, if you are thinking "Hey, when else will I get the chance to wear Indian clothes?", below are some great places where you can purchase or rent Indian attire.
