We understand that this voyage is also a vacation for you, our guests, and we respect that everyone has their own preferences. However, wedding guests staying off of the resort property will risk not having the same conveniences and experiences as everyone else. For these guests, the hotel charges additional fees per person per day to attend the wedding. We have planned several events to appreciate each family joining us. Having you around for wedding activities and other gatherings throughout the week will really make this experience special for all. Please reach out to bride or groom with additional questions.
We encourage guests to check out the Booking Site built exclusively for our wedding group which provides the ability to learn more about the resort and destination. Most importantly, the custom event page also allows our guests to book their travel online and provide flight itineraries for airport transfer arrangements.
They have great activities and areas tailored just for kids and teens. Hard Rock Riviera Maya is a family-friendly portion of the resort. The kids will be allowed in all event venue sites.
There will be plenty of non-alcoholic beverages available! The three resorts feature a wide variety of cuisines including Indian, Mexican, Italian, Thai/ Asian, and American to satisfy all your dietary needs and desires. In addition, all event menus will feature vegetarian food options. If guests have additional dietary restrictions, we kindly ask that they let us know as soon as possible. These important details will help when it comes to wedding planning and any other event planning with the resort. Guests should make a note of their restrictions when they check into the resort.
Yes! Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by Hard Rock’s in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from Hard Rock Riviera Maya and Cancún International Airport (CUN). 2x roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room with a minimum of 3 nights stay; additional guests will be billed by the hotel at $84 / adult or child shared, roundtrip service.
