Travel Note

Indian e-Visa Application

All US citizens will require a visa to enter India. You can apply for your eVisa on the Indian Visa Online website. DO NOT use any other, 3rd party sites. Your visa will NOT be guaranteed. I've linked the proper website below in the view tab. I'd recommend applying for the 30 day, e-tourist visa and applying in October to avoid your visa expiring early. FYI - eVisas have been taking 48-72 hours to be granted.

Flight

Kochi International Airport

Please plan to fly into Kochi International Airport in Kerala. Due to flight duration and time zones, expect to arrive in India ~2 days after you depart the US (don't worry, you'll gain it all back when you're headed home)! Festivities will begin early morning on Friday, Nov 3, so plan flights accordingly.

Hotel

FLORA AIRPORT HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTRE

This is our preferred hotel where we'd like most guests to stay. A shuttle / a series of cars has been hired to take guests from this hotel to the venue.

Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport

This is our reserved back-up hotel in case Flora is full and can no longer accommodate more guests. Please let me know if you book here, so we can arrange for a shuttle.
