Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the 4:00pm ceremony start time. This will give you plenty of opportunity to be seated comfortably and settle in before the celebration begins.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, accommodations, and open self serve alcohol at our venue, we regretfully say we are unable to have young children at our wedding other than the wedding party. We are hoping every can relax and enjoy the night if you have to make arrangements for childcare. We please ask mindfulness with alcohol on the premises for any young adults who have not reached the age of 21. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is conveniently located at our venue. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, with ample parking available directly in front of the building. We have an upper parking lot with flat, easy access to the ceremony grounds, situated just steps away from the lower parking lot. This ensures comfortable and convenient parking for all of our guests.

When should I RSVP by?

We would appreciate if you can RSVP by May 01, 2026 so we are able to make sure we provide the vendors an estimated headcount. Please contact us with any issues! Are there bathrooms at the venue?

Answer

Of course! The venue has a 2 single private bathrooms (one ADA accessible.) If bathroom is needed before cocktail hour, please just help yourself inside the venue at any time to do so.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You're more than welcome to wear wedding formal- but please know we don't care what you dress in! Casual/comfort is gladly accepted at our wedding, there is no special dress code for the wedding. Your attendance means so much more than the outfit you show up in. Toga, jeans, cocktail dress, gown, flannel-- you name it, we don't care.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

Wedding ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Ceremony should roughly end at 4:30pm, where guests can go inside the venue for cocktail hour to visit. Dinner/reception begins at 5:30pm. Following dinner at 6:30pm will be first dances and cake cutting. After those special moments we will turn up the music and let the night go. DJ ends at 10pm- the after party runs until 11pm for the send off.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has an outside patio, where smoking is permitted anywhere outdoors. We kindly ask to just make sure to avoid any litter and dispose of butts safely in designated areas where ashtrays will be provided.

What is the open bar setup at the wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom will have a separate area from the buffet/nonalcoholic drinks for an open bar. A select few premixed drinks will be ready, along with: spirits, beer and malts- and selections of red and white wine. There will not be a bartender at the venue as alcohol is self serve. Grab what you like, have a good time!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, asking guests to set aside their phones and cameras to fully experience our most intimate moment. While our professional photographer will capture every special detail, we invite you to be fully present during the ceremony. Feel free to snap photos during the cocktail hour and reception, where we'll be delighted to see your perspectives and memories of our celebration.

Is there reserved hotel blocks for the wedding?

Answer

We do not have reserved hotel blocks for our wedding. A good portion of our guests are local – but we do recognize our families from Arizona and New York do not have that luxury of driving 20 minutes to the venue if attending. if you are traveling from a far or out of state for our day, please contact the bride/groom or our families to arrange proper set up for your stay in Northwest Pennsylvania!
