We will be providing event transportation for those staying at Yellowstone Valley Lodge, Chico Hot Spring Resort, Fairfield Inn Livingston, and Sage Lodge. We highly recommend staying at a location where we will be providing transportation as driving at night in Montana can be dangerous with the vast amount of wildlife.
If you are flying into Montana, we highly recommend having a rental car. Montana is known as big sky country for a reason. With a rental car, you will be able to visit the national park and travel easily between our venue and the airport. Ubers are limited, consider sharing a rental between a group of guests and having similar itineraries.
Unless your invitation/RSVP specifically includes your children, we ask that you make arrangements for a child-free event. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax and enjoy the night with us!
Montana can be warm during the day and cold at night. We recommend dressing in layers, paradise valley can also be very windy so please dress accordingly. If you plan to go to the park, bring hiking boots, sunscreen, bear spray, bug spray, and lots of layers.
If your invitation/RSVP includes a plus one, we would love for you to bring a guest! If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can keep our celebration intimate. Thank you for understanding!
