Our Story
It all started on June 20th, 2020.
It was not a setup, just right place, right time. We were just two people at a party. At first, we didn’t even notice each other! But thanks to our friends, we started talking… and never really stopped. It felt instant, like we were meant to be.
We dated happily until COVID hit and Meleesha moved to Canada. Long distance wasn’t easy, but we stayed strong. She visited Sri Lanka a few times, and we made amazing memories together all around Sri Lanka.
In 2023, Meleesha had a hunch something was coming. On our 3rd anniversary, at Escape Café, with candles and sparkles, he proposed with the perfect ring. She said yes! Since then, we’ve been planning our big day. It’s been a journey! full of love, growth, and laughter. We can’t believe how far we’ve come, and we’re beyond excited to celebrate it with all of you, the people who’ve been part of our story in big and small ways.
