The wedding events start the evening of December 2, but you are welcome to arrive anytime after 12 PM. If you get there between 12-2 PM, lunch will be available and there should be small bites between 4-6 PM before the sangeet as well.
While the rituals will begin early in the morning, you don't have to arrive that early. The main part of the ceremony will begin around 7:30 am, so you can aim to arrive by then.
