This is a five minute walk to our main venue. Feel free to book anywhere you'd like, but I would try to remain within walking distance, as ubers are available but there aren't a ton online.

When you google this it will look like a restaurant, but it's also a cute hotel right on the lake. It's a 5 minute walk from here to the venue (Relias Villa Vittoria).

This is where we will be having the majority of the events, as well as, the pick up location to go to the wedding venue. The bridal party and immediate family will be staying here. There are an additional 6 rooms that are open to book directly through the hotel.

Hi guys! In booking flights internationally I have a few tricks I use to get the best bang for my buck! First off, never book a direct flight from your home airport. It'll be double the cost of what you can get booking two separate flights. I always book a direct flight to my international location from a major travel hub. For example, NYC or Atlanta. And then I book a "Want to Get Away" flight on Southwest to that major travel hub. Just make sure to leave yourself time in-between flights, as you'll need to grab your bags and go back through TSA. Another way to cut costs is booking through an international airline, rather than domestic. For example, Air France, KLM, etc. This will also guarantee free meals and drinks on the flight and way better service! Seems counterintuitive, but international airlines are typically cheaper than a Delta or United. Lastly, download the Hopper app. Don't book through this app (unless you want to). Hopper tracks the trends of airline prices and will let you know the best time to book. Hopefully these help with the costs! To visit Lake Como, Italy, you can fly into several airports that are relatively close and offer convenient transportation options to the lake area. Here are the main airports to consider: 1. Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) – (Approx. 84 km / 52 miles from Lake Como) Distance to Lake Como: About 1.5 hours by car or train. Overview: This is the largest and busiest international airport near Lake Como, with many direct flights from major cities worldwide. It's the most popular airport for travelers heading to Lake Como. Transport Options: Direct train connections to Como San Giovanni station, taxis, and shuttle services. 2. Milan Linate Airport (LIN) – (Approx. 70 km / 43 miles from Lake Como) Distance to Lake Como: About 1.5 hours by car or public transport. Overview: Milan Linate is closer to the city center of Milan and serves more European and domestic flights. It's smaller than Malpensa but still a good option. Transport Options: Train connections from Milan to Como, or buses and taxis from Linate. 3. Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) – (Approx. 90 km / 56 miles from Lake Como) Distance to Lake Como: Around 1.5 hours by car. Overview: Located near Bergamo, this airport serves mainly low-cost carriers like Ryanair. It's a bit farther than Malpensa but offers affordable flight options. Transport Options: Bus connections to Milan, then train to Como, or private transport to the lake. 4. Lugano Airport (LUG) – (Approx. 30 km / 18 miles from Lake Como) Distance to Lake Como: 54 minutes by car or bus. Overview: This small Swiss airport is located in Lugano, Switzerland, and is the closest international airport to Lake Como. It handles mainly European flights. Transport Options: You can take a taxi or bus to Lake Como, or a train from Lugano to Como.

Milan Malpensa Airport to Como The best way to reach Lake Como from Malpensa is by taking a Malpensa Express train. Route: The Malpensa Express travels from the airport to Como S. Giovanni station, which is the main train station in Como. Duration: 1 - 1.15 hrs. Frequency: Trains run typically every 30 minutes. 2. Milan Linate Airport to Como Step 1: Take the Airbus to reach Milan Central Station (Milano Centrale). Duration: 25-30 min. Frequency: Airbus runs every 30min. Step 2: Take a Train from Milan Central Station to Como S. Giovanni Duration: 30-40 min. Frequency: About every 30 min. 3. Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport to Como Step 1: The most common and affordable way to get to Milan from Bergamo Airport is to take a bus. The Autostradale or Terravision bus services run directly from Bergamo Airport to Milan Central Station. Duration: The bus ride typically takes 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Frequency: Buses run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes to 1 hour. Route: The bus departs from the airport and arrives at Milan Central Station, a major hub for train connections. Step 2: Take a Train from Milan Central Station to Como S. Giovanni. Details on this option listed in "Step 2" above. 4. Lugano Airport to Como Step 1: Bus Option: From Lugano Airport, take a local bus (Bus #33 or another line) to Lugano Train Station (Stazione FS). The bus stop is just outside the airport, and buses run frequently. Duration: 15-20 minutes. Route: The bus will take you directly to Lugano Train Station, which is the main train station in the city. Step 2: From Lugano Train Station, you will take a train to Como S. Giovanni station. Duration: The train journey typically takes about 30-40 minutes. Frequency: Trains run every 30 minutes or so throughout the day. Route: The train will take you south through the scenic Swiss and Italian countryside to Como.
