Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP information will be included in your formal invitation. Stay tuned!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Springtime Semi-Formal Attire. Think daytime celebration with flowy dresses, florals, soft colors, or dressy separates. Suits, sport coats, or dress shirts with slacks are great options for the guys. Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and festive in. Our celebration will be indoors and outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes for walking on brick and garden paths.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Charlotte, all of you out-of-towners! Spring in Charlotte is one of our favorite times of year. You can expect mild, comfortable weather with temperatures typically ranging from the 60s to low 70s during the day and cooler in the mornings and evenings. That said, spring here likes to keep things interesting, so we recommend bringing layers just in case (and maybe a light jacket).

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is ample free parking near the entrance of the venue. If traveling into Charlotte from out of state, you can also get easy access to Uber/Lyft to travel to and from the venue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you take this as a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy a day away with us.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both our ceremony and reception locations are wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific needs or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we want everyone to feel comfortable celebrating with us.

Question

Will there be alcohol served at the wedding?

Answer

Due to the early schedule of our wedding day, we will be forgoing a traditional bar for the day. We will, however, have morning mimosas available for all guests during our social hour and reception!

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We’d love to be as unplugged as possible on this special day and fully present with our favorite people. We’ve hired a professional photographer and kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Afterward, feel free to take photos and share during cocktail hour and the reception, we’d love to see them!
