What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to get to the venue by 4:00 PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30.

How will transportation work to and from the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided from all hotel blocks to and from the venue. A shuttle will depart from the Edwin Hotel at 3:30 pm and a second shuttle will depart from the parking lot between Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn and Suites at 3:30 pm. Please ensure you arrive to each of these locations as the shuttles will be departing on time. Each shuttle will return to those same locations at the conclusion of your evening. The first shuttle will leave the venue at 8 pm, the second round at 9:15 pm, and the third round after the firework exit. Please ensure you are on a shuttle at the end of the evening. Because of the location of the venue, Ubers and Lyfts are not going to be able to pick up at the conclusion of the evening so we strongly recommend staying in a hotel room block if you plan on needing a ride.

How late will the wedding go?

Answer

We will have a firework send off at 10:30 pm.

Am I allowed to take photos during your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. A professional photographer has been hired to capture the moments. Please turn off all devices and put them away so you can be full present with us.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

There are a select group of children that are involved in the wedding and they have been included on the invitations. If there is no child on your invitation, unfortunately, due to space constraints we are unable to include them.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a long dress or a nice pantsuit.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors followed by an indoor reception.
