Where is the ceremony and reception located?
Answer
2 Olde Bedford Way, Bedford NH 03110. The reception will be at the great hall, and the ceremony will be right outside the great hall in the outdoor courtyard gardens. Look for the yellow building with the silos. Rain location will be inside the great hall.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 1st.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30, so please try to arrive no later than 4:15 to find your seat.

Who from my family is invited?
Answer
Only those whose names are listed on the invitation are invited. Please do not bring guests who are not listed (unless you need to bring your newborn - that’s fine). Please reach out if you have any concerns.

Cocktail or Vintage garden party (What does that mean? You decide).

What if I have food allergies?

I have included a question in the RSVP where you can note any dietary restrictions that you have. Additionally, please feel free to reach out to me if you have further concerns you would like to discuss. I will also reach out to you beforehand after I talk to the kitchen to note what accommodations will be made or ingredient listing.

How do I book a room?
Answer
Please use the links within the travel section of the website, or call the hotel directly. We recommend booking ASAP if booking a room at the venue as these rooms go quickly. If you are booking off-site, not as urgent, but it is peak "leaf peeping" season, so those may fill up quickly as well!

Do we have to stay at one of the hotels you listed on the travel page?

No, you are welcome to stay at any nearby hotel or Airbnb.

If we are traveling from out of state, where should we fly into?
Answer
MHT (Manchester Boston Regional) is the closest airport to the venue/hotel, about 10-15 minutes away. This airport is smaller, so you may not find a direct flight here. BOS (Boston Logan International) is about an hour away. If you are flying into MHT, call the hotel you are staying at as it is possible they provide airport shuttles.

Is transportation provided?

TBD - There is on-site lodging options where transportation is not needed. We are looking into off-site transportation as an additional option pending how many guests are staying in our off-site room block.

We are fairly close to downtown Manchester and the Manchester-Boston regional airport, so I anticipate uber and lyft would be readily available.
