Question

Can I bring another person with me to the wedding?

Answer

Only people listed on the invitation may attend the wedding. Please reach out to Shannon or Jay if there are any questions or concerns about this, or if you would like to add a plus one.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by April 30th, 2023 at the latest. If your ability to attend the wedding changes before 4/30/23, you can update your status on Zola or let one of us know. :)

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at both Zola and Amazon.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30pm, so please try to be seated between 3:20pm and 3:25pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code. Wear anything you are comfortable in from a dress/tux to nice jeans and a s-shirt. We are just happy to celebrate our special day with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but do need to be added on the invitation so that we can plan accordingly. If your kids are not listed, and you would like to bring them, please reach out to Shannon or Jay so that we can update your invite! :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is street parking available in downtown Centralia in front of the venue. There is also a a parking lot located behind the Aerie Ballroom that is owned by the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

In Centralia/Chehalis: Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, and the Beset Western Plus Park Place Inn & Suites. Tumwater/Olympia/Lacey: La Quinta by Wyndham (Tumwater), Hilton Garden Inn (Olympia), Ramada by Wyndham (Olympia) Candlewood Suites (Lacey), Hampton Inn (Lacey), and Best Western Plus Inn & Suites (Lacey).

Do you have a block on rooms at a hotel?

Answer

We currently have a small block of 8 rooms at the Centralia Square Grand Ballroom and Vintage Hotel. We are looking into getting a block at another in the area, and will update this once we have more information.
