The Harborside Hotel is part of our venue and right next to the Bar Harbor Club. Guests who are interested in calling the Harborside Hotel reservations department, use code SOCIAL24 and provide the name "Powell & Cameron Wedding." If you happen to see a lower rate after you have booked your reservation, you are able to rebook at the lower rate and cancel your original reservation after you have secured the lower rate as rates are subject to change.

The Bar Harbor Regency is the other hotel that we have a special discount for guests. This hotel is about a mile from the venue and downtown Bar Harbor and will require you to either drive and park at the venue or require street parking. Please note that The Bar Harbor Regency is closed during the winter months and you cannot call to book a reservation. Reservations must be done through the link below!

Flight
This smaller airport has connections to/from Boston, and is the closest to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Rental car services and taxi services are available.

50 miles from Bar Harbor, this is the closest international airport to Mount Desert Island. It’s typically a little over an hour drive, but be mindful that summer traffic may add time to the trip. From here, there are a variety of taxi services, limousines and a bus to Bar Harbor.

If you have interest in exploring southern Maine before traveling up the coast towards Bar Harbor, this could be a good option for you. About 175 miles from Bar Harbor, you can rent a car and there are buses from PWM that go to Bangor, where you can then get ground transportation to Bar Harbor.
