Hello Everyone, In light of the recent events taking place around the country we as a couple have decided to postpone our wedding to October 24th, 2020. We hope that you are all safe and home with your loved ones, as now is a time for family to be close and for safety to be paramount. Katelyn and I have decided to make this change as we do not wish to put any of our loved ones and friends in a situation that could potentially compromise their health and well-being. We want nothing more than to provide you all with a joyous event where the focus of the occasion is love and not the current state of affairs. We hope that you can still join us this fall as we begin to reorganize and reschedule. We hope that by that time things will have calmed down and we will have all adjusted to our new state of normal. We are very much excited to celebrate with you all even though it is now farther away than we had originally hoped. Please know that you can still RSVP at any time and we will leave that function active on our website. We will be sending Change The Date cards with updated information as soon as we can. Please reach out with any questions or concerns and we will try our best to address them. We love and miss you all!! Stay Safe and Stay Home!
We are huge fans of Jackson Hole, WY and it was the first place that we ever took a trip together when we started dating in 2017. Following Thanksgiving we decided to take another trip to Jackson for a short weekend getaway and little did Katelyn know but her parents and Jordan's parents were going to be secretly joining us as well. For 3 months I had planned to get our families into Jackson Hole at the same time as our trip, I had chosen the location, informed our parents where to hide, and found a photographer to capture our moment. On a brisk morning in Wyoming, Katelyn grudgingly agreed to join Jordan on a Hike at the base of the Grand Tetons in 5 degree weather. It was the perfect day, the mountains were gorgeous, the air was charged and sparkling with ice on a bluebird day, They continued down the trail for a short while and once Jordan saw their parents behind a small group of pine trees Jordan went down on one knee to propose. To say that Katelyn was shocked is an understatement and she was completely blown away when Jordan pointed out that their parents were there as well to witness their moment. We couldn't have imagined a better way to start our new life together and thankfully after all that shock Katelyn said yes!!
