If you call to reserve a room, just tell them you are are booking for the Poulin-Carpentieri wedding. Check-in at the hotel is at 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately the hotel cannot guarantee an early check-in but they have told us that you can inquire the day you arrive to see if you might be able to check in early based on their availability. There are two shuttles leaving from the lobby to take you to the ceremony- one at 3:20 and one at 3:40. SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED ON THE SHUTTLES. We strongly encourage everyone to be waiting in the lobby at 3:20 for the first shuttle so that you don’t miss the bus! Transportation from the reception to the after-party and back home again is a little bit rock & roll but we encourage safety if you’ve been drinking- we will have a hired small van making trips throughout the night that you might be able to hop in or please use Uber or Lyft.
