When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP and choose your meal options as soon as possible. Meal options can be emailed or text to Holly: Hollybeattie30@gmail.com 07888674040 The deadline is July 18th 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'not attending' as we need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand and that you can make our special day!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the ceremony is finished. We ask that you are fully present as we say 'I do'. We have hired professionals to capture the moment during our ceremony, we will share these as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like! All we ask is that you do not post any pictures of the bride or groom until after we have had a chance to do so first! We hope you can understand!

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love the little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite, we ask that you arrive at the Olive House and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. If you wish to arrive earlier and join other guests, the bar will open at 11am and pre-ceremony drinks will be served.

The venue has car parking on the right hand side before you enter the main house.

What are the accommodation options?

Answer

Although Woodhill has 18 bedrooms, we have allocated all rooms to immediate family and friends. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be two options for starter and main course, one regular menu and the second will be purely vegetarian. Any food allergies please let us know!
