What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire. Please dress to impress! Suits, formal separates, cocktail dresses, and formal dresses are welcome. Please avoid stilettos due to the soft grass at the ceremony.

Where should I park when arriving to the venue?
Answer
A bus will be shuttling guests from both hotels to the venue. If you prefer to drive yourself, please park in the parking lot outside of the venue.

How will I get from the wedding back to my hotel after the wedding?
Answer
A shuttle will be taking guests back to the hotels after the wedding.

What time will the shuttle be leaving?
Answer
We will be doing 2 rounds of shuttle on the way there and 3 on the way back. The shuttle will be picking up from the Courtyard Hotel and dropping off there as well. If you are staying at the TownPlace, it is right across the street, easy to walk right over :) For the people that come on the early shuttle, we will have yard games, pop & water for you to enjoy while you wait for the ceremony to start. Schedule is: Shuttle 1: 2:30 pm - Arrive at Courtyard Marriott Jackson 2:50 pm - Depart Courtyard 3:10 pm - Arrive at Westers Family Vineyard & Winery Shuttle 2: 3:30 pm - Arrive at Courtyard 3:35 pm - Depart Courtyard 3:50 pm - Arrive at Westers Ceremony @4pm End of night Shuttles: Leaving at 10pm, 11pm & 11:30pm

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony (weather permitting) will be outside. Please bring sweaters, jackets etc as it might be chilly! The reception will be inside.

What is the dress code for the rehearsal dinner?
Answer
Please dress in nicer casual clothes :) Pants and a nice shirt, a dress etc. No suit or fancy dresses required!

Brunch Questions:

- Brunch will be at the Courtyard Hotel, in a room just off the lobby. The front desk can guide you. - This is not a fancy, sit down brunch. Just a chance to grab some bagels, muffins and coffee brought in from a local bakery on your way out Sunday morning! - No dress code, come as you are :) Dave, Eloise and I will be there until about 9:30am. We have to get Eloise home for her nap but we will be stopping in to say hi to everyone and catch up before we head out.
