We’re Getting Married!

Our story began in August 2022, when we connected on Hinge and decided to meet for ice cream. Somehow, we accidentally picked a spot completely out of the way for both of us. We shared our ice cream, talked about our lives and dreams, and by the end of the night, we both knew something special had started. Jessie went home feeling like she’d just met her future husband, and Chris felt the same way, thinking Jessie was beautiful and funny and already looking forward to the next date. From that day on, everything just felt right. We fell in love and never looked back. Over the past few years, we’ve moved in together, gone on amazing vacations, become part of each other’s families, and discovered just how much laughter, love, and happiness two people can share. On March 28, 2025, Jessie suspected a proposal might be coming, but Chris managed to keep it a surprise until later that same day at Paxton State Park. Saying “yes” was the easiest decision of our lives, and our families were overjoyed. Today, we share our life with our three dogs — Dexter, Lily, and Cowbell — who fill our days with love and plenty of excitement. On weekends, you’ll find us walking the dogs, relaxing with our favorite shows, or simply enjoying time together, even if it’s just running errands. Everything feels special when we’re together. We can’t wait to celebrate our wedding day surrounded by the friends and family who mean so much to us. Thank you for being part of our story — we’re so grateful and excited for all that’s ahead.
