Getting Around

We love NYC's variety of urban mobility options: Taxis/Ubers, CitiBikes, and buses abound. Rather than renting a car, try NYC's famous Subway system, which is now accessible via (zero-setup) tap-to-pay on any modern credit card. For point-to-point subway directions, Google Maps is your best friend. Friday night's welcome reception at Sound & Fury is a ten-minute walk from the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown. Our ceremony and reception at the Picnic House is a 20 to 30-minute Uber ride from downtown, or about 40 minutes by transit. Make some friends on Friday night and split a 6-person Uber XL on Saturday! Sunday brunch will be at the "Skyline Terrace" - which is upstairs inside the same Hampton Inn Downtown.

Our "main" hotel for wedding guests. The room block booking window has passed, but you can still choose to reserve here to be around many of the other wedding guests. This is where we'll have Sunday brunch, and it's walking distance from Friday night's welcome party venue (Sound & Fury). There are other comparable hotels near this one as well.
