Alex and Cody met at Mill Valley High School in 2012. They officially started dating on March 5, 2013. Throughout high school the couple enjoyed going to movies, hanging out with friends, and binge watching their favorite T.V. shows. Cody and Alex went to Kansas State University in August of 2015 and joined Greek life, Cody joined Delta Chi and Alex joined Sigma Kappa. The two attended lots of date party through their organizations and built lasting friendships with other members of their Greek houses. Cody proposed to Alex on November 17th, 2018 in Kansas City. The couple then returned to Cody's house for a surprise engagement party with their friends and family. The couple graduated from Kansas State University in May 2019. After graduation, the couple moved home where Cody started working at RSM and Alex attended Graduate School at the University of Kansas (don't worry, she will always bleed purple!). One of Alex's favorite memories was when a group of their friends went camping their senior year of college. There were lots of laughs with great friends while sitting around a camp fire grilling their food, singing their favorite songs, and reminiscing about their years in Manhattan. One of Cody's favorite memories is traveling to Orange Beach, Alabama with their friends. They relaxed on the beach all day and partied all night, making memories with friends that will last a lifetime. Alex and Cody enjoy traveling and look forward to the many adventures that await them ahead. The couple can't wait to share their special day with each of you.
