How do I book my flight & hotel?

Please contact our travel advisor, Josh Martinez with Enchanted Travel to book your hotel and flight information. PLEASE note that if you do NOT book through our travel planner, you will NOT be able to attend any of the wedding festivities as you will not be booked under our group. Can I use my existing airline points when booking?

Answer

You absolutely can use existing reward accounts! Just let our travel advisor, Josh, know when you are booking and he will link your information!

How will we get to and from the airport?

Answer

Our group will have private transportation organized for any members of our wedding guest group. This is included in your booking costs and comes with no additional charges!

How far away is the resort from the airport?

Answer

Luckily, our resort is about a 30-40 minute drive from the airport depending on airport traffic so we can get the party started as soon as possible!

If I am in the wedding party, how long would the wedding couple like our stay to be?

Answer

The wedding couple has asked that all members of the wedding party to arrive on or before Thursday, May 22nd as the Bachelor & Bachelorette celebrations will be held on Friday, May 23rd - 2 days before the wedding ceremony! The wedding couple will be arriving on Wednesday, May 21st. (Pssst...that's the Bride's birthday!)

What date do I need to book my room by?

Answer

Please book your rooms by Friday, January 31st. If you do not book your rooms by this date, we can't guarantee the room rates included in our Wedding Block. We cannot stress the importance of booking a room within our room block. If you are not in our room block, the resort will unfortunately not recognize you as part of our "wedding guest party".

When do I need to pay any remaining balance of our trip by?

Answer

Monday, March 31st is the last date you can pay off any remaining balance of your stay!
