When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 17th. You can do this on the RSVP tab on our website or by the QR code on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family & friends getting dressed up for our big day! Dress code is Formal. Cocktail dress, floor length dresses, formal jumpsuits, midi formal dress, suit & tie, etc. You can find outfit inspiration in our Gallery Page.

Is there a color code?

Answer

People wearing dresses: stay clear of rust/champagne/chocolate/white colors. People wearing suits: stay clear of dark greens.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Dress shoes are highly recommended. Our venue will be fully concrete and hardwood for your reference. No grass or rocks.

Can I bring a date/my family?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding! If you did not receive a plus one, we promise you will have people you know at the wedding. We put a lot of time & consideration into who we have attending.

What if I can’t make it?

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP “will NOT attend”. If you have already RSVP’d you’re attending but find you can not make it, please reach out to Kailey 937.684.7812 or Steven 941.920.3361 to let us know!

What time is the wedding

Please arrive to the venue around 3:00p. Ceremony starts promptly at 4:00p. Please plan accordingly.

Please note we are having our wedding on a THURSDAY.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be a kid free night unless otherwise noted on your invitation. This is for the safety of the child(ren) and for the parents to have a stress-free night to enjoy with us.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service running from the Hotel to the Venue.

I will not be using the shuttle, where should I park?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue: 2880 Utopia Wy, Sevierville, TN 37876 Please be sure to remove the vehicle(s) by 11:59pm on the night of the wedding.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please enjoy drinks on us.

I’m sober, will there be a drink I can enjoy?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have mock-tails available at the bar. As well as sodas and other drinks.
