Answer
When and where is the wedding? The wedding ceremony will take place at GreenGale Farms at 6:30PM on 5/29/26. What time should I arrive? Please arrive no later than 6:15PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30PM. Is the ceremony and reception at the same location? The reception will be at the Cleaver steakhouse. There will be a bus to transport you from the ceremony location to the reception space if you so choose. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors? The wedding is outdoors, but will be heavily shaded. What’s the weather typically like? Late May in Las Vegas is typically hot and sunny, marking the start of summer heat with daytime highs often reaching the mid-90s to over 100°F (35-38°C), while evenings cool down to the 70s (°F). Expect warm, dry conditions, but plan for anything!

We suggest cocktail attire in jewel tones—think rich, vibrant colors like emerald, sapphire, plum, or ruby. For men, suit jackets and ties are encouraged. For women, cocktail or midi-length dresses are perfect. Above all, wear something you feel great in and ready to celebrate! For the ladies, the wedding ceremony is outdoors so please keep that in mind when you choose your footwear.

Travel & Lodging

There is no designated hotel block, so please feel free to book accommodations that best suit your plans. For guests looking to stay closest to the reception venue, we recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites. Fairfield Inn & Suites 3850 Paradise Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89169 If you’d prefer to stay on the Strip, Flamingo Las Vegas is a great option—and it’s where Jacob & Leah will be staying after the wedding. You’re more than welcome to join us there! Flamingo Las Vegas 3555 Las Vegas Blvd S. Las Vegas, NV 89109 Transportation will be provided to the wedding ceremony. Please meet at Tacos & Beer between 3-5:30 if you need transportation. We will be providing select drinks and light snacks before boarding the bus. If you are driving yourself, there is parking provided at the ceremony space. The ceremony space is about 30 minutes from the airport/Strip and reception space so please keep that in mind when you plan.

Guests, Plus-Ones & Kids
Answer
Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your RSVP. If there is no guest listed on your RSVP and you would like to request a guest, please reach out to Leah and she will check if there will be space to accommodate. Additonally, due to limited capacity and the environment we are hoping to create, we kindly ask that our celebration remain adults-only, with no children under the age of 16. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’re still able to join us.

Will there be an open bar? Yes. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies? Yes, but please reach out to Leah ASAP to let her know. What type of meal will be served? The meal will be sit down family style dining. Menus will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Logistics & Etiquette

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged, so please refrain from using phones or taking photos during the ceremony to help us stay fully present and avoid any distractions. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing the moment, and Leah will be happy to share photos afterward. Once the reception begins, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like—and if you capture any great moments, we’d love for you to send them our way!

What’s the timeline for the day? If you need transport to the wedding ceremony please meet at Tacos & Beer between 3-5:30 to board the bus. The wedding ceremony will take place from 6:30-6:45PM. The reception will follow from 8-11PM There will most likely be an after party, details TBD. If you'd like to join please let Leah know so we can take that into consideration when planning! Will there be dancing? Yes, there will be a DJ and dance floor. Are there events before or after the wedding (welcome drinks, brunch, etc.)? All TBD. We will post details here when determined. What time does the reception end? 11PM
