You may be able to book a room on Saturday evening, but it will not be for the discounted Sunday evening rate as this hotel could not offer a discounted rate on Saturday. Travel Note
There are three airports you can fly into in order to get to Annapolis: BWI International (MD), Dulles (VA), Ronald Reagan/National (VA). BWI is the closest to Annapolis. From BWI, there is public transportation: https://bwiairport.com/to-and-from-bwi/transportation/regional-destinations/annapolis/

USNA's homecoming game is Saturday, October 25. Although the wedding is on Sunday, please plan accordingly as it will probably still be very busy and crowded in downtown Annapolis.
