Things To Do in Traverse City
Fish Town - Leland, Michigan
Check out one of our favorite places for a day trip - Fishtown in Leland, Michigan. Get some smoked fish, fish sausage or pate from Carlson's, a sandwich or delicious cheeses from Village Cheese Shanty and do some shopping in the local shops on the dock and nearby blocks.
Sleeping Bear Dunes
For the non-michigan folk who haven't been before... climb the dunes, swim in Lake Michigan, take a hike. Worth a visit for the views.
Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail
Check out the wineries on the other pennisula - Mawby for their sparkling wines is a must visit. In our opinion, TC does white wine better than red.
