Will transportation be provided from the airport?

Answer

Yes! Transportation from the airport to the resort will be arranged by our travel agent once she receives guests’ flight itineraries. Please be sure to submit your flight details so transportation can be coordinated smoothly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail / semi-formal. We encourage guests to wear emerald green, black or gold to the ceremony and reception.

Is this an adults-only wedding?

Answer

No, but we kindly ask that only those listed on the rsvp attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Are gifts expected?

Answer

We know many of our guests are traveling to celebrate with us, and your presence means more than enough. What happens if it rains?

We have a backup plan in place, so the celebration will continue rain or shine.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We welcome you to take photos and capture special moments throughout the day. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from posting any photos on social media until after we share our first photo as a married couple. Thank you for helping us enjoy and share these moments in a way that feels meaningful to us.

Are there events other than the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have planned additional events throughout the weekend, including a welcome event and a post-wedding catamaran ride. See the Events page for details.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration! We shared the allergies from the survey with the resort. Please request an alternate option at the welcome dinner if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. They have a fixed menu but they will accommodate seafood allergies and provide alternatives for children.
