Yes! Guest are able to drive into Heritage Park after 6:00pm and park near the reception site, with no fee. This will be a short walk from the ceremony site; park staff will help guide you there. Vehicles can not be left overnight inside the park. Overnight parking is also available at the front main lots for an overnight fee.
Please arrive to the ceremony site between 6:00 and 6:25pm. If you arrive after this time, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the ceremony. Make sure to allow time to park your car and to find the ceremony site (the "Burnside Ranch House" in Heritage Park).
Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Heritage Park. The ceremony will be in front of the park's "Burnside Ranch House". There will be signs directing guests to the ceremony site. The reception will take place at the park's "Wainwright Hotel". A member of the wedding party or the couple's family will guide you to the ceremony site once you arrive.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.
The dress code is cocktail attire. For women, any length above floor-length is appropriate. For men, a suit (tie optional) or sports jacket and dress shirt. Please note that the ceremony is outside during the summer.
There is a small gap between the ceremony and the reception. There will be some refreshments provided during this (and before the ceremony). The couple will use this time to take pictures with their guests.
The reception will come to a close at half-past midnight.
There will be some refreshments provided before and after the ceremony. We hope to start the reception dinner by 8:00pm. Speeches from the wedding party and guests will occur between courses. It will be a sit-down meal from a set menu. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.
It will be a cash bar, with two free-drink tickets provided to each guest by the couple.
We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding. Family members with infants-in-arms are exceptions (this will be noted on your invitation).
We ask that you do not bring a guest, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
