Hotel Accommodations
We have booked a hotel block for the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Hobby Airport. It is approximately 2.5 miles from the reception venue. A shuttle will be available to transport you to and from the venue throughout the night, please be sure to communicate with the hotel when you are in need of transportation.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. If you are in need of an earlier check in time you will contact the hotel in the days leading up to the event.
Please book your hotel room by September 15th to ensure your room is available!
