We're getting married!

Over an hour away from our houses, at a bonfire neither of us planned to go to, we met. Brittany had just finished an early night shift when her friend Megan let her know she was at a bonfire. Matthew was planning on just going home after having dinner with friends, but his friends convinced him to go to the same fire. We talked by the fire for hours and became inseparable from that moment on.

On the day before Thanksgiving, Matthew took Brittany to St. Augustine for dinner and Night of Lights. He claimed he had a craving for gumbo at Harry's Seafood Restaurant but Brittany had a feeling there was something else going on. After dinner, we walked around downtown to look at the lights and walked by the Fort. It was there that Matthew stopped and asked Brittany if she would marry him.

Our wedding will be held at Ribault Club in Jacksonville, FL. More details to come. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
