Where will the ceremony be?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. Historically, it has been in the 60s on this day; however, we do plan to have heaters if needed. The reception tables will be a combination of indoors and outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to be there no later than 3:50pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 12/20/2024, so that we can ensure all counts for food and tables and chairs are accurate and can accommodate all of our guests.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

If you know us, you know we ADORE your children, but unless otherwise specified on your RSVP, please take advantage of a night out. The venue has a strict policy on guest counts.

When should I book my hotel by to use the discount code?

Answer

The hotel block is still available!! But the online code won’t work. You can call the hotel and use the code POR for a king or queen room.
