Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at The Ivory Barn, 14418 NC-73, Huntersville, NC 28078. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, then we will move inside for the reception.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code is spring cocktail/semi-formal attire. We suggest women wear dresses, skirts, or dress slacks and men wear suits or sports coats. No jeans or sneakers please! Please avoid wearing white, instead think pastels or florals.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to park and find your seat.

How do I get there?

Answer

We encourage the use of Uber or Lyft if you will be partaking in drinks throughout the night. There is also a large parking lot at the venue, we just ask that all cars are off property by 10:00am the following day.

Can I bring a guest or date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP online. Otherwise, due to venue regulation, we are only able to accommodate the guests who are formally invited. Thanks for understanding!

While we love and adore your kids, we must ask you to please leave your children at home. We hope that you will see this as a much deserved date night!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We ask that you don't bring any alcohol on property. Feel free to partake in the alcohol that will be supplied by our bartenders!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer and wine supplied. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Get ready to party!
