Ceremony information?

Answer

We are so excited to have you there on our special day to celebrate with us! The ceremony will be located outside under the canopied oaks next to the Sacred Oaks reception building. We will start promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time. Cocktail hour and reception will follow after the ceremony!

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is black-tie western and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! This dress code combines traditional black tie attire with subtle Western-inspired elements and accents. Boots and your best hats are welcome!

Where should I park?

There will be plenty of parking available in a lot right in front of our venue!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 1, 2025. If you do not RSVP on time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We want to make sure we give our venders a proper guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding! Please RSVP using our website under the RSVP tab.

Can I bring a plus one or can children attend?

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
