Yes, RSVP was required by November 10, 2022. Failure to do so will result in no access to the event. The event is a seated dinner and will reserve seating. We are unfortunately at our maximum and will not accept any additional guests.
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior as we will start on time and all late arrivals will join during cocktail hour.
Invitations are specific to those listed on the invite. Please do not add additional guests to your group as we will not be able to accommodate them.
It's NYE and we plan to party so we ask that you secure babysitting services for all children. This is an adult only event.
Please call Hotel Capstone and ask for the Allen room block rate for a discounted rate.
The event will be plated; therefore, if you have any sensitivity we should be aware of - we ask that you communicate this with your RSVP. One meal is made for everyone with the sensitivity and cannot be changed onsite during the event.
Parking is available onsite at the hotel. To get to the ballroom, you will need to walk through the lobby and towards the back of the venue.
