Lets kick off the weekend with some bowling, karaoke, and pizza! Glacier Lanes is one of our favorite date night spots! Games start promptly at 6PM! Please arrive early!

Shuttle Service
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Please arrive to the train station in Whitefish by 1:30 PM. The address is: 500 Depot St, Whitefish, MT 59937 (its about 2 blocks walk from Firebrand hotel) My friend Megan G. (her number is 214-471-3104) will be coordinating to make sure everyone gets on, and the busses will leave AT 2:00 PM. We will only have one trip out to the wedding site so please make sure to arrive on time!
Cocktail Hour

Let's start the wedding celebrations with drinks, snacks, and dancing before the ceremony. We know most of you are traveling to be here with us so we want to spend some quality time with everyone!
Wedding Day Festivities
4:00 pm
Its ceremony time! We are honored to have the world renowned concert violinist Wai Mizutani playing during this time!
Reception
4:30 pm
The only requirement is comfortable shoes! I would suggest packing layers/jacket in case it gets cold/ or is rainy.
Join us in the Disco Barn for a "Cowboy Cookout" with one of our favorite food trucks in the valley, Forage 406!! They will be on-site cooking starting at 4AM to do a pig roast so get ready for some amazing food!! (vegan options will be provided as well). We will also have Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs playing a show for us so bring your dancing shoes! (They are a really fun local band if ya wanna check them out on Spotify before!!)
Shuttle Service

Busses will be loading up and leaving at 9PM to head back into Whitefish. They will be dropping everyone back off at the train station.
After Party

For those of you ready to continue the evening with us we will be bar hopping around downtown Whitefish!
