We kindly request guests to arrive by 3:45 PM to ensure ample time for parking and to indulge in pre-ceremony beverages. The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM sharp. The Florida Agricultural Museum is located at 7900 Old Kings Rd N, Palm Coast. Upon entering through the front gates, proceed straight ahead and follow the signs directing you to the lakeside parking area.
The ceremony will be held outdoors at our lakeside location, and the reception will take place inside the open-air historic barn. Don't worry, both locations are conveniently close to each other.
We kindly request you RSVP by September 1st, 2024. You can do this by selecting the RSVP tab here on our website and typing your name. Or you can choose to mail in the attached RSVP card. Invitations left with no response by September 1st, 2024 will be defaulted to "Not Attending".
If there is a plus one listed on your invitation and on the RSVP page then yes! Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate any plus ones unless we specifically listed one. The number of seats indicated on your RSVP card reflects our venue's limit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Cocktail attire; It's always difficult picking an outfit for a wedding, so to make it easier, we picture it as button up shirts and slacks for gentlemen & a cocktail dress or a gown for the ladies. (The evenings may cool down to the 50s-60s, so we recommend bringing a coat.) Please note that the ceremony will be in a wooded location. We suggest choosing footwear that is suitable, especially if you plan to wear heels.
If your child's name is included on the invitation, they are invited to join us. Due to the historic nature of our venue, including an open air barn , a firepit and the proximity of endangered horses in the pasture next to the reception barn, we kindly recommend arranging childcare if possible. Please confirm the attendance of children when responding to your RSVP.
Our venue, located at the Florida Agricultural Museum, is home to rare Florida Cracker cattle, horses, and sheep. For the safety of our guests and the welfare of the animals, it is strictly prohibited to feed or touch any wildlife on the premises. Please be aware that our venue is a historic museum with limited fencing around certain areas, including the reception barn. Therefore, we recommend that young children do not attend. If children are attending, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult who can provide constant supervision at all times.
For the safety of all our guests, we strongly advise against driving after consuming alcohol. Our venue offers overnight parking in a secure area with gated access. Additionally, there are various transportation options in the area such as Uber, Lyft, and other services.
