Question
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors and there is a gazebo area with cascading falls outside as well.
Question
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
Yes its BYOB, but Beer and Wine only. There will be a refrigerator behind the bar and a bartender serving your beverages.

Is there going to be a meal?
Answer
Yes, we will be having chicken and ribs with mac&cheese, green beans, and rolls. We will also have tea, pink lemonade, and water to drink. Please state any allergies in your RSVP.

Will this be formal?
Answer
Dress to impress, pictures will be taken. You don’t have to wear a tux, but if that’s what you like it’s fine with us 😉

Are children allowed?
Answer
We will have a kids table, but please be sure to keep a close eye on them. If you can get a baby sitter it may be best.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures for about 45 minutes to an hour. Feel free to head to the area of the reception while we finish capturing our priceless memories. Find a table get a drink and get ready for food and dancing!

Can I take photos before and after the ceremony to post to social media?
Answer
Yes! Feel free to take photos before and after the ceremony. Please tag our wedding hashtag #Poole2Herrin so that we can view all of your photos!
Question
Are phones allowed?
Answer
Yes! Phones are allowed. However, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from being on your phone during the ceremony. Pictures and videos are okay, but without flash and use our hashtag #Poole2Herrin when posting to social media. Please keep all phones on vibrate or silent so that everyone is able to hear! Thank you!
