The nearest major airport is Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru. From there, the venue (Samaya Venue and Leisure) is approximately 1 hour away. We’ll share recommended travel options and coordination details closer to the date.

The celebrations will take place at Samaya Venue and Leisure, which is in a more serene and remote setting. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we’re arranging all essential amenities at the venue so you can relax and enjoy the event. If you have any specific needs or requirements, please let us know in advance.

Where will guests be staying and how will check-in work?

Answer

All guest accommodations will be at Samaya Venue and Leisure or nearby. No bookings are required by you. Check-in will be anytime after 12:00 PM on November 24th, and checkout will be anytime before 2:00 PM on November 26th. Room assignments and arrival coordination details will be shared closer to the wedding date.

We recommend not drinking tap water. Bottled or filtered water will be available at the venue (Samaya Venue and Leisure) and should be used for drinking.

All of our events will have a relaxed, open format with no assigned seating. You are encouraged to move around freely, enjoy buffet-style dining, grab a drink, and take in the festivities at their own pace. The idea is to create a lively, social atmosphere where everyone can mingle, participate in the celebrations, and experience the energy of each event.
